About
I am Nilesh and I live in San Francisco. I’m the founder and CTO of Inferless, where we help companies deploy machine learning models using serverless compute. Previously, I devoted significant time to static code analysis—a subject I’m passionate about—and deploying compute containers on a massive scale.
Before Inferless, I founded Codejudge—a venture that eventually got acquired to Skuad and which in trun was later acquired by Payoneer Inc. At Codejudge we were building a platfrom rather than relying on standard coding puzzles, we built a platform centered around real-world coding challenges, evaluated through Git-based projects.
Before launching my venture, I spent two years at Amazon in the Automated Advertising team. There, I engineered machine learning systems designed to predict the optimal ad placements for popular keyword searches using the A9 data stream. My role involved developing and tuning regression-based models and processing terabytes of search data, which deepened my expertise in scalable ML algorithms and data pipeline optimization.
Before Amazon, I worked in the company called Codenation where i worked a lot on static code analysis where were predicted the code quality, published a patent on using graphs to predicts defects in code, used by company as foundation engine for detection of a log of code smells and anti patterns.
